    Changing the status of the request

    Care Coordinator Request Dashboard explained.

     

    The Care Coordinator Requests Dashboard is located under the Access Center tab.

    The dashboard will default to show you requests under the Ready for care coordinator status.

    You can use the Status dropdown menu to look at requests listed under other statuses.

    Choosing the blank option, will show all requests.

    Use the caret to expand the request to view the Resolution of the request if one has been entered.

     

    Changing the status of the request

     

    Note:  Once you change/Save to Request closed, no action needed, it cannot be changed again.
    Any request that has been saved will appear on the dashboard regardless of which status is chosen, i.e., even if Not sent to care coordinator yet is selected, it will still appear on the dashboard in the incomplete category.
