Demographic and caregiver information is displayed about the client and is interactive. Utilizing this information to make contacting the client and caregivers easier and faster.

Interactive

Clicking or touching addresses will attempt to open the default map program on the device and provide directions. Phone numbers can be used to call or text. Emails will open the default email program on the device.

Setup Client Portal

There is a button for Setup Client Portal that will send a link to the client or their primary guardian to gain access to the client portal.
