Treatment Plans Copied During Service Plan Modification(SPM)

Upon completing an SPM, the previous program's treatment plan will be copied over to the receiving program's treatment plan.

Some of the treatment plans for the new program will automatically be completed/signed, and some will require signature/completion, depending on which program the client is being referred from and to.

No action needs to be taken if the treatment plan is automatically signed.  If it is not automatically signed, you have the option to just sign/complete it, make any necessary revisions, and then sign, or just completely delete it and create a new treatment plan from scratch.
