    View Client Portal Documents

    The View Client Portal Documents button will present you with a list of documents sent to the Client Portal - those pending client acknowledgment/signature and those that have already been completed.

     

    From the inquiry page, select Client Portal Status.

     

    Click View Client Portal Documents.

     

    Use the S(select) buttons to view the document.

     

    Clicking Show Client Portal Sample will give you a preview of what the client sees on the Client Portal.
