When You See a Scheduling Error Message
To complete a follow-up, note, click Add in the top left-hand corner of the screen. ![]() |

If there are any other appointments scheduled on the same day that you are entering your follow-up, you will see the following screen: ![]()
Click Ok to proceed with your follow-up note. Clicking Ok generates the activity that you need in order to create the follow-up note. |
You will now need to locate this activity in your schedule to add the follow-up note. |
Navigate to your schedule by clicking the Schedule tab at the top of your screen. ![]() |
Locate the client appointment in your schedule. ![]() |
You will need to mark the appointment as Kept to see the option to add a note. Right-click inside the appointment and hover over Status. Select Kept from the Status menu. ![]() |
Because there's another appointment for this client scheduled within the same day, you'll be asked if you want to mark both appointments as Kept or just the current appointment. Select No to only mark the current appointment as Kept. ![]() |
Once the note is marked as Kept, you will see the option to Add Note. Click Add Note. ![]() |
You can now complete your follow-up note right from here. ![]() |
The note will also appear in the follow-up screen in the client account. ![]() |
