Enable or Disable Client Portal Access

Table of Contents

How-To

You can disable and enable access to the Client Portal from the Staff App or right from Neo.  Follow the steps listed below to complete that process.

Additionally, clients and participants can also enable and disable access from the Client Portal.

From The Staff App

Click on the intended client.

Select the Client Card at the top of the screen.

From the Client Portal Accounts section, toggle the button in the Access column to Enable or Disable access for that user.

Enter the reason for disabling or enabling the Client Portal access and click Okay.

The Access column will now appear as Disabled, and each instance will be notated with staff username, date and time and reason given.

From Neo

From the inquiry screen, click Client Portal Status.

The check boxes will appear checked off for the client and all listed participants that currently have access.  Uncheck the box near the client or participant that you would like to disable access for.  Similarly, if the box is unchecked and you would like to enable access, check the box.

Enter the reason for disabling or enabling the Client Portal access.

The Access box will now appear unchecked, and each instance will be notated with staff username, date and time and reason given.
