This is where you'll see your current account balance.

📷Make Payment

Selecting Make Payment will bring up a window for you to enter your credit/debit card information in order for you to make a one-time online payment.

Here you'll enter:

• Cardholder's first name
• Cardholder's Last Name
• Payment amount
• Select whether it's a copay or payment on  your account balance or if it's a Rent payment
• Comments(if needed)

When complete, click Continue.

📷View Statement

Select View Statement.

📷Use the icons just above your statement if you need to toggle through pages, zoom in or out, or print your statement.

📷View Payment Detail

This will show a list of payments that you've made as well as which dates of service your payments were applied to.

Use the icons just above your Payment History if you need to toggle through pages, zoom in or out, or print your Payment History.
