The videos below provide you with demonstrations of the functions of the CCBHC Dashboards.   This will give you insight into what you can expect to see, depending on your level of access in Neo, how you can customize your view to best fit your workflow, and show you what client information is available right from the Dashboard for quick access.

Staff Overview

The default view is for staff to quickly see how many of their clients fall into each category. The grid provides an easy way to drill down to each client that is on that staff member's case load.

The view can be filtered by Program, Staff, and/or Status.


 

Program Overview

This is the default view for staff with Staff Management Level 1 privileges. It will filter to just the programs in their Status Change Form with an allocation greater than zero. This allows managers to quickly view the programs they are responsible for and what their current progress is.


 

Agency Overview

This view is for senior management, where the focus is on how the agency is doing as a whole. The chart represents the total number of clients, broken out by those that are:

  •  Attestable
  • Non-PPS
  • Pending Service
  • Not Attestable

The grid shows the same program list as the Program View, but it is not filtered down to just the programs the staff is a part of; it is all of the programs.


 

Client View

All of the above-listed views allow staff to zoom into their data in the grid area to see the clients.

The first level of information is a quick view of the Status (with CCR), Client ID (with link to client chart), Client Name, Level of Care, and the Programs the client is currently in.


Detail View

From the Client List, staff can zoom in one more time to get a detailed view of the client.
